1. Passengers must be at the point of departure at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure.
2. The ticket is nominal, only passengers presenting a valid ticket are entitled to transportation. The main concern of the passenger is to keep the proof of reservation.
3. Children 0-4 years old travel without a ticket and without a seat accompanied by their parent/guardian.
4. Children 4-10 years old travel with a reduced fare, having a seat.
5. A ticket is valid for the transportation specified on it, from the point of departure to the point of arrival and any agreed stops in between, via any station scheduled at the time of purchase of the ticket. The fare paid by the passenger corresponds to the itinerary and location shown on the ticket and is an integral part of the Transport Contract concluded between the carrier (the Company) and the passenger.
6. The ticket is an object of value and therefore the passenger must keep it with care and must take appropriate measures to avoid loss or theft.
7. The passenger must carry the ticket with him/her during the journey and show it at any control, whenever and if requested.
8. If a passenger benefits from a ticket discount he/she must be able throughout the journey to provide the appropriate supporting documents and prove their validity. In case the passenger does not bring the corresponding proof of the discount then he/she will pay extra money to cover the price of the full ticket.
9. Return tickets are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. To validate the return ticket, the respective office should be contacted. In case of unavailability the company will not be held responsible.
10. The ticket is valid for transportation for three (3) months from the date of issue. When the passenger is unable to travel within the period of validity of the ticket then the ticket is cancelled with no possibility of refund.
11. Non-attendance on the departure date of the itinerary is non-refundable.
12. The ticket may be modified in terms of travel date and time, may remain open for a period of 3 months or may be cancelled based on the cancellation policy. The ticket is nominal and non-transferable.
13. Timetables are subject to change. It is the passenger's responsibility to contact the Company and check that the service will operate as originally scheduled.
14. Each passenger is entitled to carry up to two suitcases up to 20kg each. For each additional suitcase the Company may make charges according to its tariff policy.
15. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage during the trip.
16. The company shall not be liable to the customs authorities in the event of the passenger carrying illegal goods.
17. The carriage of flammable materials, weapons, drugs, lubricants, household appliances and objects that may be considered dangerous for the realization of the itinerary is prohibited.
1. If the cancellation is made 30 days before the departure of the itinerary then 100% of the ticket value is refunded.
2. If the cancellation is made up to 72h before the departure of the itinerary then 50% of the ticket value is refunded.
3. If the cancellation is made less than 72h before the departure of the itinerary, no refund will be given to the passenger.
4. The cancellation and refund policy, as described in the General Terms and Conditions, does not apply to the tickets of the promotion.
1. A ticket is open when the passenger requests not to travel on the date and time indicated on the ticket but has not set a new date.
The Ticket can remain active for 3 months from the original travel date.
2. This ticket cannot be cancelled.
3. The passenger can open the ticket up to ten (10') minutes before the departure of the route.
